Freehold Auto Body Repair

Please do not bring your car here for any reason! High prices (even though insurance paid for everything), poor communication and crappy job overall. Only positive was that the staff was nice... until you drive off their lot. I had come back twice and the office staff were not friendly to say the least. Too bad because the techs were very nice. I never write reviews but I just had to this time. So keep scrolling onto the next shop in Freehold. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did.

This was by far the best experience I have had with auto body repair and service. I needed my front bumper entirely replaced. My rear bumper also had a major dent and I needed a pop-out. There was no fooling around. They were honest with the pricing and went above and beyond to give me a great deal since I needed two repairs. I received two other estimates from reliable body shops in the area, and Accurate's was by far the best. Not only was the price great, but their service was reliable as well. They told me my car repairs would take 3 days - it was ready within a day and half. My car was washed and lightly detailed as well which I did not know they would do (thumbs up). They were friendly and kind as well - Which goes a long way when spending big bucks.

Amazing first class auto body shop. I got in a minor accident with my truck and we wanted it fixed quick. Many body shops are backed up for months but accurate said to drop it off the following week. We were even able to have them install some new running boards we got at the swap meet no charge since I messed up one running board in the accident anyway. The work they did was amazing. My truck looks brand new....literally. They kept in contact with us throughout the process and really treated us nice. We genuinely felt like they appreciated our business. We will refer them to all of our friends and family for sure.

This is a first class auto body shop. They made the stressful experience of having my car fixed relatively painful. Unfortunately I have had far too much experience with auto body shops (not my fault except this one!), and I have never been treated as well as Accurate treated me. Clearly they respect all of their customers (even women!) and their work is impeccable. The car was delivered when promised, detailed inside and out, and they didn't even touch my "lucky money"! I hope I won't need their services again, but I would use these guys again and again and again. Thank you!
